CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY
Please note, for guests who book direct we require a separate damage deposit. The amount varies depending on the property, ranging between $1,000 USD and $2,000 USD. This amount will be held on your card starting 1 day before arrival and will remain until 7 days after checkout. If no damages are reported by our team, the full amount will be released. Please note this is a hold on the card, not a charge.
