Next, enjoy a three-taco tasting—choose from cochinita pibil, al pastor, arrachera, shrimp, ribs, and more. End on a sweet note with a classic dessert like Carlota, cheesecake, or chocoamor. A finger-licking experience you won’t forget.

APPETIZER (Choose one option)

  • EL CHICHA: Pork chicharrón with pico de gallo and homemade spicy sauce on the side.

  • PAPAS BRAVAS: Traditional Mexican potatoes with chipotle sauce on the side.

  • ESQUITE: Mexican-style corn cooked with epazote, served with fresh cheese and chipotle sauce.

STARTER

  • GUACACHIDO: Handmade guacamole with homemade corn chips and macha sauce (on the side).

MAIN COURSE

Choose 3 different kinds of tacos:

  • COCHINITA PIBIL: Pork marinated in achiote, wrapped in banana leaves and slow-cooked underground using the traditional pre-Hispanic píib technique.

  • RELLENO NEGRO: Turkey meat marinated in regional spices from Yucatán, slow-cooked in a clay pot.

  • CARNE AL PASTOR: Pork marinated in chili sauce, slow-roasted for hours and served with white onion and fresh pineapple.

  • ARRACHERA: Skirt steak marinated in sour orange and grilled.

  • CHICKEN: Marinated in achiote, honey and chili oil, roasted and shredded, with a honey-chili reduction.

  • SHRIMP: Marinated in garlic and turmeric, seared with butter and served with habanero mayonnaise.

  • RIBS: Beef ribs slow-cooked for 6 hours.

  • VEGGIE: Mushrooms, nopales and onions sautéed with garlic and regional spices.

DESSERT (Choose one option)

  • CARLOTA: Creamy lemon cake with walnut and almond cookie crust.

  • CHEESECAKE: Cream cheese cake with red berries.

CHOCOAMOR: Chocolate cookie filled with chocolate cream and dulce de leche
