APPETIZER (Choose one option)

  • MEXICAN TOAST: Corn tostada with avocado, pico de gallo, sprouts, cilantro, jalapeño and macha sauce.

  • GUACACHIDO: Handmade guacamole with pico de gallo, homemade corn chips and macha sauce (on the side).

  • ESQUITE: Mexican-style corn cooked with epazote, served with fresh cheese and chipotle sauce.

STARTER (Choose one option)

  • ÓRALE PUES: Corn tostada topped with grilled tuna, avocado, cream cheese, sprouts, sesame seeds and chili oil.

  • CEVICHE DON PANCHO: Mexican-style shrimp ceviche cooked in lime juice with coconut milk, red onion and cilantro. Served with homemade chips (spicy sauce on the side).

  • AGUACHILES LOCOS: Shrimp marinated in salt, pepper, lime juice and habanero chili, served with corn tostadas and house sauces.

  • LA FRESCA: Mix of fresh greens with avocado, cherry tomatoes, baby corn, fresh cheese and sautéed mushrooms with homemade vinaigrette.

MAIN (Choose one option)

  • JALISCO NO TE RAJES: Selection of quesadillas with Oaxaca cheese and epazote, with two fillings of your choice: beef, chicken, shrimp, pork or vegetarian. Served with refried beans, avocado and green tomato sauce.

  • MEXICO EN LA PIEL: Mexican fajitas sautéed with bell peppers and onions, served with rice, beans, tortillas and homemade sauces. Choose two options: beef, chicken, shrimp, pork or vegetarian.

  • QUE TACOS!: Four tacos (two and two) choosing from: 1) beef, 2) chicken, 3) cochinita pibil, 4) shrimp, 5) BBQ ribs (beef) or 6) vegetarian. Served with tortillas and house sauces.

  • BURRITO SABANERO: Burrito stuffed with chicken, meat, seafood or vegetables, with rice, beans and chipotle sauce. Served with seasonal chips.

  • YUCATAN STEAK: Beef filet marinated in regional chilies, served with sweet potato purée and sautéed vegetables.

  • ROBALOM POM: Snook fillet marinated in sour orange and achiote, served with sautéed vegetables, garlic-butter potatoes and chipotle mayonnaise.

DESSERT (Choose one option)

  • CARLOTA: Creamy lemon cake with walnut and almond cookie crust.

  • CHEESECAKE: Cream cheese cake with red berries.

  • BESAME MUCHO: Brownie with chocolate reduction.

  • A SU MECHA ICE CREAM: Ice cream on an almond cookie base with seasonal fruit.
