- CAMARONCHULO: Breaded shrimp with panko and coconut, served with habanero chili and carrot sauce.
MAIN COURSE (Choose one option)
- PESCA DEL DIA: Grilled sea bass with creole sauce, served with coconut rice, plantain tostones and fresh green cucumber and mango salad.
- PACIFIC SALMON: Grilled salmon with garlic butter, coconut cream, and chili oil, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal chips.
- LOS ENDIABLADOS: Spicy shrimp (marinated with guajillo chili), sautéed and served with black rice and a fresh salad with greens, cucumber, and mango.
