  • LA TOSTAITA: Corn toast with avocado, queso fresco and pico de gallo, with macha sauce. 

STARTER (Choose one option)

  • CHIMI: Green plantain toston with arrechera (Beef marinated with sour orange and achiote) and chimichurri. 
  • CEVICHICO: Schrimps and fish ceviche cooked in leche de tigre (lemon juice, garlic, celery, chillies and coconut milk), with red onion, coriander and served with seasonal chips. (Spicy sauce on the side) 
  • MANGO CEVICHE: Mango and coconut ceviche, cooked in leche de tigre (lemon juice, garlic, celery, chilies and coconut milk), with red onion, cilantro and served with seasonal chips. (Spicy sauce on the side) 
  • CAMARONCHULO: Breaded shrimp with panko and coconut, served with habanero chili and carrot sauce. 

MAIN COURSE (Choose one option)

  • PESCA DEL DIA: Grilled sea bass with creole sauce, served with coconut rice, plantain tostones and fresh green cucumber and mango salad. 
  • PACIFIC SALMON: Grilled salmon with garlic butter, coconut cream, and chili oil, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal chips. 
  • LOS ENDIABLADOS: Spicy shrimp (marinated with guajillo chili), sautéed and served with black rice and a fresh salad with greens, cucumber, and mango. 

DESSERT (Choose one option)

  • COCADA: Toasted coconut with cane honey and vanilla ice cream. 
  • CARLOTA: Creamy lemon cake with walnut and almond cookie crust. 
  • CHESECAKE: Cream cheese cake with red berries. 
  • CHOCOAMOR: Chocolate cookie with chocolate cream and dulce de leche.
